1. Custom Products

All custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

2. Standard Products

Non-custom products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

• The return is approved after inspection by our quality team.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or as store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-built safes or lockers

• Used, modified, or installed products

• Products damaged due to mishandling or improper installation
